Effect on the Business Due To Coronavirus

We are writing to keep you informed of any potential disruption due to the current outbreak of coronavirus.
 
If the virus spreads as predicted this may have an impact on the company’s ability to continue to provide the current level of service. We could potentially see a number of our staff either becoming ill or having to self-isolate for up to 14 days due to showing minor symptoms of cold, fever or flu.
 
We may come across a situation were a number of appointments, contracts or future work could be delayed due to the situation. There may also be a delay in being able to rearrange or book future appointments for the same reason.
 
Bearing all this in mind, it is extremely difficult to predict how this situation will play out but please be assured that we will do everything within our power to maintain current levels of service if at all possible and any delays in fulfilling our obligations will hopefully be short term.
