In light of the current (COVID-19) pandemic we are requesting employees inform the Company of any intended travel plans.
 
This will enable the Company to eliminate any further risks on your return.
 
Also you should inform the Company if a family member or person you have been in contact with has contracted the virus or is self-isolating.
 
Again this will assist the company in ensuring all employees are kept at minimum risk.
