Staff appreciation

Hello Derek

I just had to email you to let you know that I have never had a boss quite like Paula. 

She is always at the end of the phone should I need her, and she is thorough and professional in her approach, whilst always having a warmth about her. You can’t teach that I’m afraid, that’s a gift. 

I will do anything I can to support Paula with covers where possible as she has always looked after me and valued me. I have had some family difficulties recently and she has been a rock to me. 

I thought I just needed to let you know what an asset you have, though I’m sure you already know.
